• Review and, if approved, publish your service request on the public board (with your contact details kept private).
• Match your request with interested service providers, or match you with requests you've applied to.
• Have a Centwork consultant follow up with you to confirm details and facilitate an introduction.
• Communicate with you about your request or application.

How We Share Information

• Contact details on a submitted request are never published publicly. Only Centwork consultants can see them.
• When we introduce a requester and an applicant to each other, we share the relevant contact information between those two parties so they can communicate directly — this is the core function of the Service.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Centwork, our users, or others.

Data Retention

We retain request and application information for as long as needed to operate the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can request deletion of your information by contacting us using the details in the footer.

Your Choices

You can ask us to correct or delete personal information you've submitted at any time by contacting us. Because introductions may already have been made, deletion doesn't retroactively affect information already shared with a matched party.

International Data

Because the Service operates between the United States and China, information you submit may be accessed by Centwork consultants and stored on infrastructure located in either country as needed to operate the Service.
