These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of centwork.com (the "Service"), operated by Dream Collection Hall LLC ("CentWork," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What CentWork Does

CentWork is a matching and introduction platform. We help people and businesses in the United States and China connect for small and mid-size service needs. CentWork is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or service arrangement made between an offer's poster and a service provider introduced through the Service. We do not employ, supervise, or guarantee the work of any service provider listed or matched through the Service.

Submitting an Offer or Application

When you submit a service offer or apply to fulfill one, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. CentWork reviews submissions before publishing and may decline to publish, or may remove, any offer or application at our discretion — including for incomplete information, suspected fraud, or content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

No Warranty

The Service, and any introductions made through it, are provided "as is." CentWork does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any service arrangement between an offer's poster and a service provider. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment — including verifying credentials, agreeing on terms, and handling payment — with any party you're introduced to.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Collection Hall LLC and CentWork are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any arrangement made with a party you were introduced to through it.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to post fraudulent, illegal, or misleading offers, to harass other users, or to attempt to circumvent CentWork's review process.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Dream Collection Hall LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
